Habits of Well Being

This five week challenge invites participants to engage in a different mindfulness practice each week and record each day using the Mindfulness Tracker in attempts to make mindful practices become a daily habit.

Step it Up

This five week challenge focuses on increasing physical activity throughout the day. Participants track their daily steps for one week, set a personal daily step goal, and then continue to track their steps for the remaining four weeks. 

The 30 Day Challenge         

Choose one challenge (plank, crunch, squat, pushup) for the full 30 days. Work that challenge by increasing your reps each day.

Working towards creating a healthy night time routine to reach the recommended hours of sleep each night.
